The employee I spoke to was kind and apologetic, but he explained they’d recently gotten in trouble for letting customers charge their phones, so he couldn’t help me. I was stranded with my toddler and asked for just a few minutes of charge to get directions home, and the only option was to spend $17 on a charger and to try my luck asking the other shops there for help. This place is very disorganized. On top of it all, what happened to customer service? Need help finding something? Good luck, you're on your own. When you're ready to check out, you will stand at the register for at least 3 minutes waiting on someone to help. When they finally get there, don't expect to talk to them. They're too busy listening to music with their headphones in. When I managed stores, this never happened. I think it's time for new management and to clean house...
