Glad to hear everyone else had good experiences.Mine how ever,was totally different.I called to see if the sold tv capacitors to repair my tv’s clicking on and off issue.I was relieved to hear that they did a proceeded to give the gentle the info on the capacitor.I needed 4.I had already ordered 20 on Amozon for $11,but they were the wrong size.The gentleman told me it would be $10 a piece for the capacitors.I was shocked at the increase of price and there is no labor or troubleshooting involved.Then I asked if he would be interested in the capacitors I had to try and offset the OVER CHARGE,!!and he wasn’t interested in helping at all.So sad we have to do each other this way to make a buck.My advice to you is to do your research first before dealing with this...

I need my LG flatscreen 55 inch size I spoke with an associate from this TV repair store. He was completely honest and frank with me, which gave me a breath of fresh air because he did not try to use my ignorance by saying yes, come on will try to fix it and charge me massive prices. He was very honest very frank about what will be available to me and what would be my best option and what he would have to do and how it would cost me and what was his suggestion. I really appreciate you sir thank you for your honesty I will always recommend you and your store. Thank you again for who you are and honesty of you and your associates in your store....

Please consider other TV repair businesses. Unbelievable. Charged me $50 diagnostic fee. Called me in 30 min saying its the LED light wants another $200. Called 3 other TV repair services they ran $150 to $175 as opposed to $250. I was advised by every one of them that Eau Claire TV routinely charges $100 + above most other TV repair shops.
