I was deceived I thought they were a reputable company but very misleading. Very disappointed very disappointed they never disclosed. Crucial information and damage to the machine that I bought. I feel misled and used. Machine wasn't worth anything when I paid for it. But they only care about the dollar they don't care about treating people right and disclosing all the information crucial to quality of the machine. Very disappointed. And when I talk to him about it he still didn't care didn't want to make it right. Couldn't acknowledge any fault whats so ever when you sell something you have to disclose enough information so people can make a quality decision on what they want to pay for the machine. Doesn't deserve any stars at all but I have to give him one cuz it won't let me...

Over priced service fees, Poor communication between service manager and customer, Lack of professionalism from receptionist through store manager. If you do have a concern or complaint while in the store don't be surprised if no one is around to assist you, and if they say you will be contacted with updates and or when your equipment is ready for pick up don't hold you breath. If you do take your equipment there to be fixed/worked on question everything on the invoice, I did and found out that items that were on the invoice that stated they were repaired were not. This location is the worst place to order parts. Three (3) times, we ordered and went there about the kickstand for an attachment, and they didn't have it. Then, the same thing happened when we ordered Land Pride blades for our Kubota tractor. No more. We will either order online or travel somewhere...
