The guys are nice enough but I highly recommend to check your lug nuts before leaving. I went for an oil change and tire rotation and as I was driving home.. my car started driving strange and the tire light comes on. I get home to find 5, that’s right 5, loose lug nuts on my tires. Some of which were so loose that I was able to tighten them with my weak, girly hands. Then, I return the next day for them to fix their (in my mind) serious safety issues. Literally, sending me off in a death trap.. So, I go back thinking at the least, they would make me a priority to fix their mistake. NOPE! All they had to do was tighten the dagum bolts down. Instead, I see two other cars get pulled into the garage. This was well after I had arrived and expressed my concerns and my need for them to please make my car safe. It’s was only after expressing my frustration did they take the car back. No apologies, no nothing to make amends for their awful mistake. And, yes.. any time i hear some even mention going to this CO-OP I will exclaim ‘CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!’

Came in to get a rotate and balance on my car. Never been to the auto dept before and a friend said I should go there so I did. I got checked in quickly and looked around the store. Didn't seem busy when I got there but there was always someone coming in to get help with an issue. They were busy. I waited a little longer and then the guy asked if I'd have been helped. I said yes and didn't think anything about it..I didn't have anything pressing to do that day so I was fine..a little while later the guy said I was done..I went to pay for the service and he said there was no no charge..I said no I owe you money..we went back and forth and he didn't budge..I figure he decided they kept me there longer than it should have taken..that being said you have got a new customer and I thank you for treating me right. I respect that as you don't get that anymore..it makes me feel like the way things used to be..THANK YOU AGAIN to your staff..see...

Just lost a customer! Used to buy hay here until they tried selling me mixed grass hay and the manager INSISTED it was Timothy. Brown, low quality hay being passed off for 16.00 a bale! Then he walked to the alfalfa hay on my trailer and told me THAT was Timothy. I wasn't asking for free hay or even a discount. Just trying to let them know that they were out of a type and the manager literally said: until that sells (as Timothy) we will NOT be getting more in. So people, if the hay is in a certain trailer you WILL pay possibly double price just because a manager can't identify hay! His attitude was arrogant and pissy. They get enough business there where I guess they don't have to care if a...
