We go to many auctions across the state. Value auction Barn is a disappointment. They are not professional and seemingly underhanded. There have been times when they state something is sold, and then realize there was someone else who wanted to bid, so they will say they are opening the bidding back up again. They will forget where they are in the bids and have to ask what the last bid was. They are slow and unorganized. They will start taking bids on items that have no reserve price and if they do not like the bid, they say they will just hold it until their next auction and the price will be higher. The floor staff may appear to bid items higher, but, in fact, they are bidding for the online absentee bidders.
