CJ Speedway — Local services in Columbus Junction

I have been going to Columbus Junction for a very long time, I used to race there and helped another guy when he raced there. Seen atleast 5 promoters there, the newest one is trying to get the show up and running and he does a good job but the car count is not really good yet and as I've seen so many times the same person wins. As far as I know there's no tech other than weighing after the race so from what I can see it's open to run whatever you bring and I know of a few people cheating. Which isn't fair to the rest of the class. I truly think there needs to be a tech official to keep things fair. I've raced and worked at 2 different race tracks from doing tech to doing lineup and flagged so I know a little bit about racing. Fun track and good food, just need to keep things as fair as possible...

Was my first time there been by the track more time than I can count . When I got there was very impressed friendly people nice group of cars the track was AMAZING stayed together all night what inpressed me the most was ( NO DUST AT ALL ) hats off the the track crew and I know who that was . All in All definitely will be back when I can . HATS OFF TO THE COLUMBUS...

Good place for everyone of all ages. The atmosphere is exciting and friendly. Plenty of parking, food available, also beer is served. You arent supposed to bring your own beer but they allow bags so technically you can bring your own beer and plenty of people were without a fuss. Also as of this post the entrance fee...
