When considering to have our outdated and dilapidated deck redone, it was a process I was not really looking forward to seeing as our deck was 20 something years old and I just wasn't sure who I was going to be able to trust. I thought for sure I would have to be interviewing at the very least a few companies, get their overinflated pricing and then choose. One day, I got down to it, looked at Angie's list and saw Archadeck and saw their outstanding rating and read many good reviews and from that moment on, no one else was ever considered! I guess you could say, that is where we fell in love with Mike Reeder and Archadeck.

Our experience with Mike Reeder from Archadeck and his crew has been such an incredible pleasant experience. From the moment he came to our home and discussed honestly with us the options we had, he always exuded warmth, professionalism, integrity, and a killer smile that always left you feeling like he was part of the family.

If there were ever any issues that arose, Mike or one of his crew were always on top of it. Keep in mind, with any company and any job, mistakes will happen, but you can rest assured that Mike Reeder is a man of his word and when he says that something will get done or be fixed, you can trust him on that and "take that to the bank".

If you are considering Mike Reeder and Archadeck, please have no hesitations whatsoever. This is a top notch company and pricing is not economical per se, however, the product is the best there is and the workmanship is hands down, outstanding.

I can't say enough good things about Archadeck of Columbus. From the initial call and meeting to discuss the project right up to a 2 year subsequent service call they have been fantastic to work with. Their salesman worked with me on developing a plan for a beautiful composite deck within my target budget, kept me informed all throughout the process and provided the most detailed and complete bid of any company I consulted. I shopped other companies and did find a lower price for wood decks, but not for composite or trex and bottom line doesn't tell the whole story. One of the things I really liked about Archadeck was the attention to detail. The bid I received spelled out everything to be done to install my deck. I completely understood what I was paying for and what I could expect in a finished deck. The process was totally seamless - they handled permits and HOA presentation. I was contacted every morning by the job forman and was kept informed throughout the build. I have the most beautiful deck! The materials, the build, the use of lighting, the service and communication have all been excellent. I recently needed a service call to troubleshoot lights on the deck. The owner, Rob, came out himself, solved the problem and my lights once again work. I couldn't be happier and definitely recommend Archadeck of Columbus. At a time when customer service seems non-existent it is so refreshing to deal with a company...

We worked with Archadeck to design and construct our new deck. Beginning with the design process, Brian was great to work with and came out to our house to take measurements and took time to answer my questions. In addition, Arachdeck was able to accommodate a late design change we wanted prior to the start of construction. We selected Archadeck over a couple of other companies because they over-engineer their decks and were willing to cut around electrical boxes and other venting at the back of the house. They also created some access boards so I could still get under the deck to reach my dryer vent and other items. The crew worked throughout the cold winter days. The lead carpenter (Lolli) was respectful of my time when he had questions to verify the deck was being constructed as we expected. They worked with the city, HOA, and other utilities as needed to make sure the project was completed within code and proper regulations. We look forward to enjoying many years on our new deck and being able to utilize more space in our backyard than before. We will be reaching out to Archadeck for our future patio/fire...
