I’ve been working on my project car for 4 years. First 2 years were pulling the engine, building it, reinstalling it, and some suspension and cosmetic work. The last 2 years off and on has been mostly tuning related. I used the mail order tune option from the place i bought most of my parts from (mistake #1). When that did not work, i tried a new shop local to me for tuning (mistake #2). That shop had the car for 30 days and ended up giving up on it and went out of business about 6 month after. Then i was left in a hard spot as there were no other tuners in my area. So i thought i would try to fumble through it enough to get the car on a trailer (mistake #3). As a retired disabled veteran their are shops that take advantage of us.. In 2020 I wanted some professional Proformance work done to my C7 that I converted to a zo6. Original I wanted Brewer to work on my vehicle but he was booked and I was inpatient. That was a huge mistake. I WENT WITH A LOCAL SHOP NAMED FASTLANE PROFORMANCE. THEY HAD my car for almost 6 months. It came in driving but left as do many on a Tow truck. YES THAT IS THEIR SLOGAN WELL IT SHOULD BE. Come in driving Leave out town!!! They talk and sound professional as if they know what they are doing. Their ported heads are not ported heads, their mechanics quit often as changing socks. Brewer had to rework all their mistakes. Part's that were purchased for the upgraded supercharger that was told to me to be wrong and incorrect were correct. This is the most professional shop and good people that will get you right and flying by the seat of your pants with work done and completed in a timely manner correct. .
