Dollar General — Local services in Columbus

Went there to buy my mom's supply of cigarettes been buying them there for a long time 2 cartons at a time. Told clerk I need 2 cartons of pallmall red 100's same as every other time with food in his mouth he mumbles I need to know long or shorts I said red 100,s. I told him just show me the carton and he said if I don't know long or short I cant help you. Then the lady who also works there who was laying foward on a cart said we always ask long or shorts which is a lie because most of the time she did the prior sales for me and I only told her reds 100's never short or long. Last time she charged me for 21 packs instead of 20 and I had to return to point out mistake. She ask me to take 1 extra pack instead of redoing the order. I just left after she lied plus I wanted the poor guy to finish his meal. $400 of cigarettes atleast monthly plus groceries items but no more! Went to Casey's ask for pallmall red 100's i was out of there in less than 1 minute $12 per carton cheaper! I don't know why dollar general always scans all 20 packs separately instead of the 2 cartons like Casey's. Always told they have to for...

Its great having a store on this side of town. The cashiers seem polite and helpful. The manager is awful. Extremely rude to customers. Was on her personal cellphone the whole 30 minutes I was in the store talking about the customers in a terrible way right in front of everyone. Complaining about them non stop. Will not be in this store again because of her. Dollar general you should do better with your management. The two cashiers were sweet and helpful. Not the manager, and it appears many people have had the same experience with her....

Went in the other day to get pop. They had it on sale 3 for 8.00. Got home and they had charged me regular price. The week before that i went in and bought a couple of things on my way to work. Total came upto 3.20. Handed the cashier 5.00 and she only gave me a dollar back. Time to change...
