I’m all for supporting local business and this gem is definitely worthy your money. Yes it is organic and every thing is locally grown/raised so expect to pay more than what you would at Food Lion or IGA but it’s so fresh and yummy! Reda (who runs the store?) is super friendly and nice, explained in detail where everything is from. The store itself is a little hard to find if you don’t pay attention to the sign. It’s inside the big brick multifunction building on the second level (if you come from the side door by the parking). I might try to order their fresh seafood next week!

Picked up my Fresh Fish, from coast of NC. So happy with the size and freshness. Lots of local fresh greens & veggies to choose from. Reda is just a pleasure and knowledgeable. Locally grown, organic, fresh products. Best place to shop. Gluten free choices. Low carb alternative pastas, nuts, jams & jellies. Fresh seafood on Friday. Local frozen meats (from roast to ground chicken- steak & duck) fresh eggs

Our family of twelve visited Mill Spring Farm Store for the first time and were super happy about all of the local products were available. From loca honey and fresh made bread to fresh .eat and seafood, they have it. We all purchased something. I personally found a mushroom based root beer drink and kombucha to be just what I needed today and may be going back tomorrow for some honey, cheese and bread. Others in my group said they will be trying fresh seafood which we were told to order on Monday or Tuesday and pickup on Friday. Being in business for ten years (five at this location) they have created a wonderful store for a small community and people like us that are just visiting.

The best meat anywhere in the area! Rita was so helpful and friendly and the sirloin roast was the best tasting pot roast I have made in a LONG time! Absolutely fantastic! We were on vacation in the Mill Spring area, and are so happy we found this little gem! The meat is top quality, so expect to pay more than Food Lion or IGA, but you so truly get what you pay for, and it is so worth it! And the other locally made products, from produce, to honey, to balsamic vinegar, to soaps are all amazing! So happy to have...
