I always stop here when I'm in town to buy gifts for clients, family & friends. I bought 7 items. The salesperson jammed them all into a small paper bag. I asked for a separate small bag for each item, as they are gifts. They are small paper bags with a handle with the Montana Silversmith Logo stamped on it. I've bought bags like these before for my business, so I know they are not terribly expensive. The salesperson in the back called out, "Only one bag per customer!" She then emerged and said, "No exceptions!" I tried reasoning with her to no avail. I would have even paid for the bags.    Read moreI've shopped here for years. The women working were always helpful and friendly. Truthfully, over 9 years, I've spent a lot here. DO NOT GO! I went in today because one of the necklaces I bought on 4 days ago broke, after wearing it for 4 hours. There was a young girl working and said there was nothing she would do to remedy thus. It was a bad product and she wouldn't even give me the same one. All those good years of shopping. I give you less than one star. AWFUL...
