I called to speak with my husband parole officer unfortunately was unable to reach him which is not a problem he is a good person but the lady that answers the phone is extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional and for the state to employ a person which such nasty attitude when I simply asked her who her name was due to I like to keep track of the people I speak to on serious matters such as this she said she doesn’t have to give a name and was completely rude.
