Please I implore you not to go here. I went in for a septum piercing and left feeling traumatized. The piercer had no idea what he was doing. And absolutely butchered my nose. It was so bad and so crooked that it actually came out on the bottom on my nose instead of the other side of my septum. I ended up having to take the jewelry out because it was so bad and so painful.

I was still charged and the piercer acted as tho it was normal. My bf has his septum pierced, I was there when he got it. And it was nothing like what I went through. His was quick clean and almost painless. (It was done somewhere else.) Mine was the complete opposite of his. Mine was so slow and I got stabbed with the needle three separate times before he got it. The pain was so bad that I started to pull away but that didn’t stop him from continuing to stab through. The needle was half way through my cartilage when he decided to switch positions and go the rest of the way at a different angle. Which was excruciatingly painful. I have five other piercings and none of them came close to the pain I experienced today.

At the end of the piercing my jewelry was completely crooked and sticking out of the bottom of my nose. And he had the nerve to ask me if I’d like to clamp my nose to squeeze out the swelling so that it wouldn’t be cooked. As tho putting the clamps on me was going to fix anything. He also did it from the side. Like instead of being in front of me so we are facing each other, he did it from the side of me and so he couldn’t even see where the needle came out from. As a result of this he came pretty damn close to piercing the right side of my nose.

Please don’t put yourself through this kind of pain like I did. GO...

Very poor customer service. Bad attitudes. Agreed on price and tattoo. Was told it would be about 30-45 min before they could get to me. That was fine. They don't accept cards, so was sent across the street to get cash. When I returned the door was locked. I beat on the door for over 15 minutes before they come back. Then they told me it was too late, I told them I was still within the time they said, that I would be waiting anyways. In fact the girl was still in the chair getting hers done. Then they said they would do 1 of the 2 for double the price because they was staying over. Absolutely NOT!! I would have paid more, but the fact they tried to rip me off and cheat me out of what we agreed on. No way. I showed pictures of what I wanted. They both were very simple. A good artist could have both done in less then 30 minutes. I agree to pay $150 for both. When I returned, because the door automatically locked me out- I was even calling them. They answered the phone before the door. I had to tell them to let me in. That's when it went to over $200 for 1. Very sad because I liked their work, but not their ethics!! I have a LOT of work I want done and they just made sure other artists get a chance and credit before they will. I've told EVERYONE about my experience with them. You don't treat customers that way. Took my daughter to get her nose pierced today by Jazmine. I called a few different places, read reviews and I will tell you the reviews and the way Jazmine had spoke to me over the phone just instantly made me feel more comfortable. We were instantly greeted even though everyone was busy with a client. The shop was clean and felt comfortable. Jazmine calmed my daughters nerves and answered any questions we had, she was very reassuring. She educated us on the area of the piercing, what to except and the aftercare.
