I went to to threadmob based off of the amazing reviews. I was first met by Daniel who was a pleasure to talk to. He showed me around the place and gave me great customer service! I first brought him a bag that he said they were not able to loop because of where the metal was on the bag. But since he was so nice, I decided to buy another bag just to have them threadmob do it. I could have got one from them but they didn’t have diaper bags. When I came back I was told it would be 5-7 business days. They then asked me when I needed it by and I told them Sunday. They said they could have it done by Friday because they are closed on the weekend. Which I was very thankful for. They also made sure to send me messages to make sure the name, font, and placement was correct before doing it. What I wasn’t too too fond of was the price and communication on my bag being done. I had to pay $50 for a five letter name with a halo which I thought was too much. If I got the bag from them, I could understand. But I brought in my own bag and still had to pay $50. Also, that Friday I waited to hear from them and didn’t get a call. It was 3:30 and they closed in two hours. I called twice and got no answer. I then had to go by there and thankfully it was done. All in all, it wasn’t the worst experience but...
Read moreI wouldn’t recommend them if you want a color match OR your shirts to match the confirmed proofs they send. I didn’t have any issues with Stark screen printing (who they bought out and had over 100 shirts made with) but apparently I’m a “hard to please” customer. I simply expected my $700 order of shirts to match the approved proof. If you’re okay with gambling on an end result this is your place! The shirts even have PDF printed in them (that wasn’t even on any artwork) Dont think they’ll show you any professional response after receiving the product either. I offered to pay for the shirts (and not the screen printing) to have them done correctly and they demanded more money for an “art” fee because they had to redo their own file they worked from. I own 3 businesses myself and I wouldn’t let anyone walk out with a product they weren’t happy with. Especially one that has your logo...
Read moreWe were in a pickle to find someone to quickly embroider 30 of 100 Alltimate 3-in-1 Carry-On Luggage Systems in less than a week. Thread Mob was recommended to me.
Not only did Ed and his team rush the logo digitization process, they also confirmed color matches and quickly sewed samples for approval. It didn’t stop there. They got the 30 done day one and the remaining 70 the next day. In 36 hours, everything was done.
The logo was crisp and clean. And my black luggage actually didn’t have any lint on it either from their T-shirt printshop, which saved me hours in clean up.
Icing on the cake was that Rudy always answered the phone and got me updates as needed. Great customer service.
By the way, the Visit Columbus team loves their newly embroidered Alltimates. They love working there and now they can’t wait to show it off!
Thank...
