We purchased a pool from TTT that had posted on fb market place, great communication, easy pickup(the sweet ladies loaded it up for me) and we got it home and went to set it up and unfortunately had the wrong pieces included in the box, so I messaged them and they are ordering the pieces that are missing (which they didn’t have to do) and communication has been very clear and helpful and they were very apologetic even tho it wasn’t their fault, the box had all the pieces just must have been the wrong pieces for this pool. It’s hard to come across business that do the right thing and are willing to help after purchase. I’d recommend this business 100...

We purchased a “new” patio set. The set appeared new to the seller and ourselves. There was a defective used part included and the owner stood behind her promise to work through a solution if the set was not new as claimed.

We were able to purchase a brand new dresser at half the cost, but no instructions were included in the box. Thankfully we found instructions online and my husband is very handy, so itvwent together well, and we love it! Be warned a number of their items...
