Bought a unit, started failing after 9 months then the repairmen came out without the right parts, then finally came back to complete the repairs a month later and it didn't fix the issue. After speaking to the escalation team and the double escalation team they didn't ask questions or seemed interested in helping understand that the issue was ever resolved and said it was now out of the warranty period. Blake from the escalation team said it wouldn't matter if someone was in a coma the company cant accommodate for items delaying in your personal life. It wouldn't honor it outside the 90 day reporting period and wouldn't consider any further resolution or assistance.
