OMG!!! I am so impressed with this company. I am just an ordinary customer who ordered some meat from their website. It arrived quickly, and completely frozen and vacuumed sealed beautifully. I emailed the company with a quick question and almost immediately received a response from owner of company! He addressed my concern (not a complaint--just a concern) and he was so focused on making sure I was completely satisfied that he went WAY above and beyond what was necessary or expected. It does my heart and soul good to know that there are still some businesses ( this one for sure!!) that still take such pride in their business ethics and customer satisfaction!
