Great place to shop but manger not to friendly friendly got things straightened out with a problem about a overcharge. In response to the upset manager lady she gave the money back but I could tell she didn't want to,arguing about what the price .but she did give it back, but believe me I could tell she really didn't want to.it wasn't a whole lot of money it was over fresh produce I bought, think it was Brussel sprouts ,anyways I am over it ,we still shop there and it was quite some time ago but the rest of the staff has always made us feel very welcome. I would never ask for my money back if I didn't believe I was overcharged. I even showed it to the cashier the day she overcharged me and took her to show her the sign of the price it was marked could of been a mistake of the store putting the wrong price but the cashier said the manager wasn't in I would half to come back tomorrow because I noticed that day the sign was charged. Recently went shopping at my local grocery store, Fairview Food Market. Love the employees and their smiles besides their products. But better than that...they back up who they are-ethical folks. There was not to be found on the magazine racks one tabloid or gossipy magazine. Not one. I looked at the checkout counter and looked around at the other one and not a one to be found. As you know, gossip does more harm than good and most of the time it is not factual only sensational, grabbing the attention of those that fall for that sort of baloney. This grocery store certainly surprised me! My husband and I were vacationing in Fairview and decided to stop in for groceries! They have everything! Excellent meat and seafood selection, fresh fruits, veggies and herbs! If you could pull the best items off the shelf at your local super market and pair it with short lines and friendly customer service, that would be Fairview food market! They even load my groceries in to my truck for me! A friend of mine even called in to secretly pay for groceries for our vacation! The entire store was in on it!
