Shopped here a few times. Employees in store were always helpful and friendly.

We bought some couches a few years ago. Upon delivery, the man who I believe owns the business, was very expressively grumpy towards me because he didn't think the couch would fit through the door, and grumbled that "no one measures first." I explained that the couch was the same size as the piece it was replacing, and while it was a tight squeeze, it made it in.

Recently, one of the other couches we purchased had a seat collapse in the center. When I called to inquire about warranty or if I could at least pay to have it replaced, the woman who took the call immediately blamed the damage on my young children, therefore voiding any warranty. She was willing to pass my message along to management for further inquiry, I never received a call back. Right now I'm just sitting here with a broken couch that is covered in pillows and blankets to keep it useable.

I'm not happy about the tones that were used by me on those two occasions, I'd rather pay someone else to repair my couch than deal...

I bought a recliner here back in 2012. Got a good deal until I got to the register and swiped my card, the cashier/owner said the transaction didn’t go through despite the funds already being deducted from my account via my mobile banking app.

He made a few calls and processed it manually, assured me I would only be charged once. After the weekend was over, the bank did indeed charge me twice. When I went back to bring up the issue, the man didn’t give a hint of a damn about it, despite it having a domino effect of overdrawing my account.

A huge hassle that took weeks to straighten out. Mistakes happen, I get it, but it was his lack of caring that still has me angry enough to write this review six plus...

Bought an expensive mattress a year ago, it has collapsed the owners blame it on us. I believe it a second quality. The scan code on the mattress itself goes to a tire site. .the owner is supposed to come out to look but hasn’t shown up. He said if he took the mattress back he might not get reimbursed for it. But it’s ok for us to be out $1700 dollars? He never returns phones I had to stop in. To tal talk to him. I love the idea of the local business but I do believe they sell second hand quality. .
