I recently had an exceptional experience at Christy Nursery, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I stepped into the nursery, I was greeted by knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their plants and customers. I purchased my lemons from Sandy at Christy’s nursery during COVID-19 and she remembers me because she helped me prior with the tree. I was in a bit of a panic because my beloved lemon tree was struggling, and I wasn’t sure how to save it. The staff (Sandy, Zinobia and a gentleman) at Christy Nursery went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to assess the condition of my tree and explained the specific issues it was facing. Their expertise was evident, and I felt reassured knowing I was in good hands. What truly impressed me was their willingness to repot my lemon tree on-site. They carefully selected the right soil and pot, ensuring that my tree had the best chance of thriving. I watched and I helped as they skillfully handled my tree, treating it with the utmost care and attention (Zenobia even talked to them). They even shared tips on how to nurture it back to health, which I found incredibly helpful. Sandy you’re the best! The entire experience was not just about selling plants (I purchased two more lemon trees); it felt like a partnership in my gardening journey. The atmosphere of the nursery was warm and welcoming, making it a joy to spend time there sitting comfortably on the ground playing in dirt. I had a really great experience here with Lisa! She was friendly, very knowledgeable, attentive and took her time in explaining great options and asking me the right questions for what I was trying to accomplish. I found her to be really helpful, customer-focused and patient. She ended up saving me money and I appreciated her candor and transparency as far as costs and what my options were. This nursery has lots of great varieties of healthy plants/trees. I’ll definitely be back...in large part due to Lisa and the time and care she took with not only me, but I saw her do with others while I was there. I didn’t see anyone else assisting others so I don’t know if she was alone. Also, nobody asked me if I needed help or direction while I was wandering around the expansive lot. There’s really no way to discern if one works there. I saw Lisa near the front ringing up someone and took a chance asking if she could help me. She took time with me and each person that was waiting for assistance. This is important to note because I was there on a late Saturday morning which is prime time. Excellent customer service goes a long way....

This place is AMAZING. If you love gardening and you're truly interested in the right plants in the right place, how to care for them, and learning more about landscaping, THIS is the place for you! Sandy is so nice and welcoming and helpful. And Lisa is AMAZING - she knows about every plant on the place, where it is (which is crazy, because there's so much there), which plants are the right ones for what you're looking for, which variety, etc, which are deciduous, evergreen, etc. She has a lot in her own yard, and gives you the benefit of that experience. The prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the high-quality stock they have, and they offer services, soil. mulch, delivery, etc - they're a one-stop shop. Plus, this is a local, family operation.
