I was lucky enough to get paired with Laurie for trad instruction. I can not even begin to express how much I appreciated Laurie’s instruction. She taught not only technique but critical thinking as well because you never know what you will encounter and she wants you to be prepared with the knowledge and confident that you can figure it out. This class was a birthday trip. Laurie was flexible with scheduling/ rescheduling and had a very kind and passionate demeanor. She was able to teach simple and more complex techniques in a way that makes you want to learn from her.
