I really didn’t appreciate when I contacted this Co. The female that answered was nice. When ask what the charge was to come out, she stated $99 plus (maybe a little more once the Tech got here the clean my dryer vents) . Well the guy hadn’t even accessed anything and right off the top started $350 . I said HELLL no, that’s not what was quoted. I’d already moved the dryer for easy access. So, I so was it going to be cleaned from the roof are as well. Tech stated yes. So, you’re charging me $200 just to go on the roof and clean the vents? We finally settled on $175. How do you go from $350 to $175 sans hasn’t even looked at what you’re cleaning. Total scam. I then checked the vents after if wrote a check and used my camera to look inside. Luckily it was cleaned, But, the price gouging was totally uncalled for. A one story home with easy access, and tried to charge $350 Never again win I recommend this Co. Initially scheduled for 1/25 between 8a-10a. Rec’d text the day before asking if I could accommodate time change 9a-11a) to optimize techs day, to which I agreed. Morning of appt tech advised he was running late on first job but would still be there in appt window. At 10:55 I got a call stating tech would not be able to make it. I decided, because of the good reviews, to give company another chance. Rescheduled for 2/1 between 8a-10a. Rec’d text today again asking if I could accommodate a time change to later on 2/1 and if not, the tech wouldn’t be able to make it again. NEVER have I ever experienced such disrespect of customers time from a business and certainly not from one that supposedly offers 5 star service. I made an appointment to get a dryer vent cleaned after getting quoted that the base price would be about $100. When the technician arrived he quoted the job to be $370 for the one dryer vent. After he made a call the quote got a $100 discount. After the work was completed and he was hooking up the dryer vent he cut the tubing so it had a large tear right where it connected making it so it would leak into our laundry room. I had to go buy a new tube and install it myself to replaced the now damaged one. Today I went and checked the roof vent and the technician had removed the screen to prevent birds and other animals from going into the vent laying freely on my roof. So I needed to reattach that to the outlet vent as well myself. Overall I should of saved some money and just completed this entirely myself. Feels like it would have been...
