By far one of the worst experience I've had with a company. First off we purchased a couch and love seat from this business. We owned for a few months to find that the spring that help up the cushions on the couch had become dislodged. Upon removing the cushions we found that the entire structure was held together by long tact's and staples. Not one screw or nail, and pressed board. We were informed by Chroma that we would have to pay out of pocket for a repair man that they referred to us. That being out of the question, we returned the furniture to chroma and did NOT request the $800+ dollars back we had already spent. We assured them we would not do business there again. They informed us that they would take care of the situation and that the manufacturer was out of business. (No Wonder why). On top of all of that, the owner had the audacity to send a letter that they would not be doing anything do to misuses. Great place they work with you on payments and I ordered dryers, washer and my mother's ordered from them for years I just recently purchased a sectional from mundels beginning of September and I still never got it but instead of going to chroma for my sectional I listened to my kids father and went to mundels because no interest for a year little did I know that would be how long it will take to probably get my sectional.
