So Iām 49, I need to take better care of myself but didnāt know what that would look like for me. Here is a small snap shot of my experience @ Revive yesterday:
Just FYI 2 hour session cost me about $85.
Rick told me to relax then shut the door on me!š
Phase 1- 30 min. In the Salt room starts you slowly and relaxing. It cleared out my sinuses. I had better results later in the day.
Phase 2- Then the hot sauna with red light puts the session in gear. 45 minutes of sweating out the bad stuff and alternating back & forth with the cold plunge was tough. Super clean feeling after but this is the peak of the experience.
Phase 3- Then they bring you back down with a 20 min. chair massage & music which brings it all together. Felt totally relaxed after this part.
Then Rick told me to get out and then shut the door!š
*Most people donāt read this far in the review so this is why I added the fluff at the end. If you are looking to complete the cycle of fitness & health then youāve gotta look into adding something like this into your life. Diet & exercise are just a part of the puzzle. Detoxification/Purification, Good stresses, and Relaxation are the remaining elements. Well maybe Iām wrong, as Iām sure there are more elements, but what an amazing discovery for me in my health journey. I had an in-depth conversation with Rick & Tonya which just opened my eyes to better living. The session is great and the conversation was greater! This was life changing for me so when you get there ask lots of questions as there is a lot more to uncover. Stop being complacent...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge sessionāthe facilities themselves were excellent. However, the customer service left me with a sour taste. At checkout, I confirmed that my payment had gone through. But as I was pulling out of the parking lot, I received a call asking for my zip code. I provided it without hesitation, assuming it was just for demographic tracking or something routine. Later that evening, I received another callāagain asking for my zip codeāthis time stating that my card (which was a debit card) hadnāt gone through. I had already confirmed my zip code multiple times, and during this second call, I was even asked, āAre you sure thatās your zip code?ā The tone felt accusatory and left me feeling uncomfortable. I offered to check my bank statement to help resolve the issue, and mid-conversation, they suddenly told me the payment had in fact gone through. I tried to laugh it off, suggesting maybe it was just a glitch, and we ended the call on a decent note. Still, the whole interaction didnāt sit right with me. It felt like I was being treated with suspicion, as if I were trying to get away without paying. Whether intentional or not, their tone and approach lacked professionalism and warmth. I couldnāt help but wonder if I didnāt fit the image of their ātypicalā clientele, and perhaps thatās where the judgment came from. Great facilities, but the customer service experience was disappointingāand it overshadowed what should have been a relaxing and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRevive Biohacking Iāve had positive results using red light therapy for more than one physical complaint. As a senior woman, who provides care for my disabled husband, I tore the meniscus in my left knee in April, 2023. I also have arthritis in my hands. I have been able to avoid surgery for my knee, and the red light therapy has provided relief for my arthritis. I had vitrectomy surgery in August 2023, and while I canāt provide absolute proof, I feel the red light therapy has helped improve my the healing of my vision. I have used Brain Tap therapy while using the big massage chairs at this spa, sat in the Salt Halo room, and had a very nice facial that included red light therapy that was wonderful! They also offer contrast therapy which includes infrared sauna and cold water plunge. Do yourself a favor and try some of these wonder therapies. Self care is...
