Unfortunately not a great first impression. Slick online option to book a massage, which was confirmed. Three hours before appointment massage therapist realizes she has other commitments. Seems to lack experience running a business and dealing with customers. Not enough time to book elsewhere followed by tons of business travel preventing a rebook, and a babysitter cancellation to boot. We all have responsibilities and commitments, so little excuse while running a business to not update availability. No discount offered for a reschedule. Website clearly states cancellation asked prior to 6 hours before appointment, but rules apparently only go one way. Disappointing. Will find a more reliable therapist for on-going needs. Sophia at Southern Belle is an Amazing Hair Color Specialist and this place is just the cutest place. I highly recommend as i hace spent 4 years looking for "my hair gal" and i finally found her. She understands what im wanting and spends the time to get my hair to where i wanted it. I love this girl and this salon....
