Five Stars!!! I absolutely recommend Jones Powersports. I’ve been looking for a new PWC for a couple of months and was quite frustrated with many of the dealers I was in contact with. I contacted 8 different dealers wanting to know exactly what the price was out the door with their added cost such as freight, dealer prep and whatever else they add. Shockingly some dealers added as much as 5k to the msrp with all their fees and that wasn’t including tax. Some dealers didn’t even want to tell me the fees over the phone and just wanted to know when I could come in to see the model I was looking at. I even had one dealer flat out refuse to tell me over the phone and then ask me what other dealers were charging. I get most dealers charge fees and I don’t mind paying them but 5k over msrp and not wanting to be up front about them is ridiculous and flat out crooked. So I was done and decided not to purchase until I saw an ad on Facebook for Jones Powersports that advertised no freight, not setup and no games. I called and asked the same questions I asked all the other dealers and the salesman said the only fee is the doc fee for the JetSki and a doc fee for the trailer if you need a trailer. Well they had a Kawasaki Ultra 310 LX-S on the showroom and it was discounted! Sold!! I wanted it. We did everything over the phone with our salesman, Chris on Thursday and told him we would be there Friday afternoon to pick it up. He replied “it will be ready” So, we made the two and hour drive Friday dreading the possibility of being at the dealership for who knows how long. I’ve bought many boats over the years and the worst is waiting hours at the dealership and honestly when we pulled up to the dealership I just knew we would be there awhile. This place was busy and I mean busy! We walked in and looked around and everyone we walked by greeted us. We looked at everything on the showroom floor and didn’t have any “mosquito salesman “ following us around. We were able to look around and enjoy how nice the showroom was without being pestered. After a bit we decided to go find Chris and let him we had arrived. We found someone and told him we purchased a JetSki from Chris and asked if could point us in his direction. He informed us that Chris was outside with a customer going over the functions of their new machine and instead of making us wait on Chris the salesman asked our names and went to Chris's desk and found all our paperwork and got the ball rolling. Think about this for a minute, this guy didn’t sell us anything and he’s not making money off our deal but out of kindness and having respect for other people’s time he took the initiative to take care of his fellow salesmen’s custom so we wouldn’t have to wait. Chris came in shortly after and introduced himself and said let’s go outside and go over everything while your wife takes care of the paperwork. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling and made sure any questions I had were answered. We were done with paperwork and everything in half an hour. Wait!, What! Half an hour? Yup these people don’t play! This is definitely the longest review I’ve ever written but I feel anyone looking to do business with Jones Powesports needs to know my exact experience and why this is hands down the best dealership there is. I want to thank Jones Powesports, our salesmen, Chris and the other salesmen (I don’t remember his name) for being honest, fair, friendly, fast and most of all respectful of my time. You have earned a...
Read moreI'd like to start this review by saying I was pleased with my experiences from my sales person at jones. However, their service/parts team was absolutely horrible. My warranty allows me to waive the deductible if I use them. However I'd pay double deductible for someone to communicate and be honest with me. I had a mishap about a months after purchasing my side by side that required both warranty and insurance work. My machine pretty much did the splits after a rear radius rod fell off on a ride. Andrew from jones was forward in advising the warranty would likely not cover this and although I felt it should, as I had not been in a collision, I understood. He advised me before I turned it in to insurance to let him submit it to the warranty company and see what they said. Fast forward a month later I had not received any update so I called him and he advised he was waiting on them to inspect my machine. I thought that they had had ample time and I asked Andrew if he could call them. He asked me if I had their number. I thought that was wild and I knew I was in for it right then and their. I told him no not handy and he should have it as they sold it and he was already communicating with them. I then had him connect me to the finance office to obtain the number for the warranty company. When I called the warranty company they had already made a decision and inspected my machine 2 weeks prior to my conversation that day with Andrew where he had lied to me. I then was able to move on to filing my insurance claim. They then also had to review my machine and make a decision. This process took a little over a week and I guess that was understandable. The end of Nov I was called and advised my machine was fixed. When I showed up to get it they let me know I needed new breaks I knew this and forgot to tell them I was interested in having them replaced. So I chopped it up took my machine home. We'll when the radius rod fell off this pulled my rear axle out of the boot and almost out of the machine. It should have been completely apparent that the axel needed at the least a new boot. They didn't even touch it. The boot was slipped but they told me they replaced the front axel and told me believe it or not it was broke. I think they ordered the wrong one. I took my machine home thinking I'd already been without it for months and I might be able to get the boot back on. I was wrong and the axel broke within 20 min of riding the machine leaving me stranded again. At this point I had only owned my machine for about 5 months and jones had had it in their parking lot for 3. I asked Andrew if he could help me make my experiences better. I asked him if I purchased the brakes and roters if they could waive the cost of labor and fix the breaks while they had my machine for the axel they already did not replace. He told me he could not discount the labor and it would be around 300 but he could pay for the parts. I thought this is not that bad as the breaks and roters are about 300 bucks. Well I agreed and let him take me for my money. He accepted my money and did not replace my roters just put break pads on my machine. This may be a okay place to purchase a machine. But I will never use their parts or service department again. This is super disappointing for me as they are 15 min from my house. I'm not only super disappointed but I'm pissed. Pissed I was lied to from the begging of my experiences and pissed that I was lied and cheated when I gave the the opportunity to...
Read moreShady, Shady, Shady…. I read all The good reviews and decided to give this place a shot. It’s over an hour drive, but I don’t mind if it’s worth it. In this particular case it was most certainly was not. I went up there twice and the second time I brought my fiancé to test drive and try to land on A side-by-side and possibly an additional four wheeler. Was just about to commit and then pricing was off by almost $4000 from the stock sheet. Four wheeler went from 14,000 to 18,000 which obviously affected my decision. Decided to hold off due to that. My next move was let me see how the service department does. I called up and told them I had a husky 501, And they said I could bring it up drop it off. It would take about 2 1/2 weeks for somebody to diagnose it.. Fair enough make the over our drive yet again just to be told They do not work on the Huskies. I’m really perplexed by all the good reviews because this is really either a major major one off or reviews are BS. Hard pass on this place!
Edit: In response to the owner who had the salesman reach out. The service scenario is completely untrue. When I called up there and spoke to the lady in service, I told her I had a 23 husky 501 That I had just let sit idling for roughly 3 hours. I described the water on ground and everything hoping to get some idea of an estimate….Her response was it would take up to 2 1/2 weeks to take a look at it, but I could drop it off whenever. Now you’re making it sound like I just showed up there and told them the problem. Absolutely not what happened, why would I drive over an hour to a place that doesn’t service Husqvarna? And I was literally told “we do not service those bikes at all PERIOD”. The funny part is had you tried to make this right, I would have amended the review. Instead, you have somebody call me and ask me to take it down. Curious why you could take the time to respond to my review online, but not the time to even send a text or call??? Just goes to show that optics are all that is cared about, not actual customer service. On a final note I do find it interesting you’re completely ok and think I should be too with being quoted incorrect prices. It’s your business, do what you want. I prefer a place that has at least some morals. You don’t have to worry about me as a customer. I was fine, leaving this review politically correct, but when you lied about the scenario here we are. Once again don’t...
