Our furnace was on the blink the morning after Thanksgiving, and I tried to contact anyone on this long weekend who would answer a phone call. One business wanted $125 an hour travel time to come check out our problem, which would have added over $300 to the bill.

I sent a text to Mike at TBH Heating & Air, and he was able to get back to me in a while and asked if I still needed help. He explained he was tied up in another town on a project, but asked me to send a couple of photos of the furnace. After receiving those things he assured me that we would not need a new furnace, but in fact, it was an easy fix I could handle myself. He diagramed on the photos I had texted exactly what needed to be done to clear a simple line. It only took me a few minutes to do what was needed, and much to our delight the furnace has been running smoothly since then. Mike said he would be happy to drop by later in the day if we needed him or had questions.
