Well, what can I say more than this has been an excellent experience! I found out about Jeff from Facebook and I wanted to see if he could fix my dead PlayStation 4. I tried changing the power supply on my own thinking that was the issue but that didn't work so I assumed it was an HDMI problem as the picture didn't show. I took it to Jeff while my wife and I were visiting the beach for the day not knowing what to expect and if he would be able to fix it. After arriving and speaking to Jeff he assured me he would check it out and txt me with updates and would be able to get it back to me that afternoon hopefully. Within an hour and a half I received a message that my HDMI port was ok but the problem was my IC Encoder and that he was going to replace it. Very shortly after that I got another message from Jeff with a pic of my working PS4!!! It was alive after all these years! Jeff even joked with me about the software version I was running which was like 3.0 Something as I hadn't used it in awhile lol. He told me he would update it for me also which I really appreciate as my internet at home isn't always the best. Jeff was awesome with his communication with me while I was at the beach that day and I told him when we were coming back and we met him back at his shop which we really appreciated him waiting around. All in all I'll recommended Jeff and his service to anyone without any hesitation! This has been a really good experience. Thank you...

I want to say thank you so very much Jeff for fixing my iPhone 11screen and staying open later than usual to fix my screen you go way beyond for your customers and I can actually say I am one happy customer after me explaining to you what I do for a living and how important it was for me to have my screen fixed and how professional you were with knowledge on fixing and repairing electronics and answered every single question that I’ve had and all my concerns where I was so hesitant about coming in and having my screen fixed from an individual that did not work with Apple but I’m so glad I did not only is my screen fixed but it’s bight and I can get back to doing what I love to do for a living as a influencer and it didn’t take you no time to fix my screen it felt very welcomed there at your business and not only that your prices are outstanding here in the grandstand after calling so Many places for quotes to get a price just as close to what you would get with no insurance going into your actual provider I am so glad I found you! My experience - My 6 year old son decided to jam the wrong cable into the charging port of his Nintendo Switch, resulting in damage and inability to charge the device. So after a quick search for repair solutions and realizing I hate soldering, I found Jeff-Tronics. Local and conveniently located on 701 in Conway, SC. I went to the store around 0900 on a Tuesday with the damaged Switch. I left my number and was told he would give me a call when it’s ready, possibly by the next day. To my surprise at 0330 on the same day, I received a call and he had it repaired! Grabbed my son and we immediately went back to the store. The cost was just right (trust me, I priced the repair VS purchasing a new console). Best part, my son was ecstatic!

Don’t rush to buy a whole new console or whatever it is that needs repair, this guys...
