I have been trying to remodel of my small office for YEARS without success. Other companies said, no you can't do that, or they didn't listen and created a bland cubicle design and others just said. We're sorry we can't do business business in Alaska, you are to far away! SKUTCHI Designs was the first company that actually listened to what I needed and said yes Dusty, this can be done! Yvonne and her team created a design that fit EXACTLY what I envisioned for my space! I made sure to let them know when we started discussions that I understood shipping will be expensive and I was prepared for that! SKUTCHI didn't shy away from my project even though it was difficult. When we encountered hurdles, they were right there taking the lead and kept things moving! They knocked this project out of the park; we are so happy in our new space! Can I give 6 STARS? ...

I worked with a Beth, after several rude encounters with her we decided to part ways. The staff I spoke to did not seem to understand their products or be able to justify the pricing when i asked for a step by step breakdown of the parts to be received. I have honestly never been treated so poorly or been made to feel like I was the one with an issue when all I wanted to do was make sure we were being charged properly (prices did not match site) and we were receiving the correct amount of parts. When i asked for explanations the representative said, 'trust me the amounts are correct,' and 'so now you are accusing us of charging you not enough.' Just a horrible experience. I had the pleasure of working with Yvonne for our 2 (what we call) "Tripods" and she was amazing. She helped with my questions with immediate responses, sent a quick return package for items we did not need or use. The products themselves are top quality and we could not believe how quick they arrived, considering supply chain issues that several companies are experiencing. With their inventory and manufacturing being onsite, it allows them to accommodate extremely quick turnarounds. We highly recommend Skutchi and if you are lucky enough to work with Yvonne, you will NOT be disappointed! Top Notch company...
