SpareBox Storage — Local services in Conway

Rented a unit from them. They came in and painted and switched the storage numbers on the units. Received a call that we were in the wrong unit (the right unit before the painters switched the numbers around) went today and found my locks cut off and sparebox locks on the unit. Had to call customer service and get the code for the locks from them. Then we were told we needed to move to the other unit. Had to ask them to just change our unit number to the one we were in, not wanting to spend a day moving everything out of and back into another unit. At the end of the conversation, not only do I now need to replace my $60.00 locks, but the monthly rent went up. Will be buying a shed and moving my things out of there next week....

Ok so I've gotten two separate storage units here. One ended up being too small for our needs. Thru no fault of the excellent young ladies who assisted my son and I in every way possible! One was Ashanti about a week ago. Then Sidonny today. Both were friendly,well-mannered and knew their business. And made me not feel like I didn't know what I was doing,😂. We conducted our business and even shared some humor. Both of these women are amazing. When I was a little worried they were like "no worries" and told us why not to worry. How Spare Box had us covered. Very nice dealing with such professionals!! I'm a fan now and am trying to spread the word to others who may be worried,especially first-timers or old-timers like me:...

Had my storage unit for 6 months. In August, I started to remove some boxes, small loads at a time. At that time, my husband and I discovered wet boxes and wet floor in the unit. We removed the boxes that had standing water on them at that time. We have removed everything and started the process of opening every box to check for mold and mildew. We have lost 90% of our soft goods ( pillows, rugs, towels, quilts, blankets). All framed pictures were molded on the back where the paper is. They had to be thrown in the trash. What a total disappointment. This was unit 16. Never again using this...
