I dropped my ATV off to be repaired on April 1, 2021, and paid a $100 Deposit, the ATV was in running condition and had a clutch slip. I was told that the repairs should take 3-5 weeks. With no contact at all from them, I waited about 6 weeks and went by to check on the status. The owner got very aggressive and combative and the office lady calmed him down and said that they would order the parts and it should be repaired in an additional week to 2 weeks. We paid the $756.10 for the parts. We waited again about 4 weeks with no contact from them. We are now 10 weeks in, I called to check on the progress and the office lady became irate and said I was difficult to work with and to come pickup my ATV by 4:00. I was told that the ATV would not be put back together and that I could pick it up in pieces in the parking lot. Upon arriving to pick up the ATV, the owner was arguing with another customer regarding the same type issue. When we began to speak I told the owner that I was not happy and had filed a compliant with the BBB and would be speaking to my lawyer regarding the treatment that I had received. The owner became aggressive and starts chest bumping me and getting in my face. We start arguing and exchanging words. The owner said he would hurt me and then that he would kill me. I told them that my phone wasn't number was only getting text.. after 2 weeks of not hearing anything about my bikes.. i decided to call an get an update.
the owner answered the phone and when i asked for an update on my bike she said to read my paper work and that i need to give them ample time.. i asked what is ample time? she said with an attitude u can come get ya bikes if u are in a rush..
i explained im in no rush just want to updates as to when yall will get too it.. I said i never had a bike in the shop that hasn't been touched in 2 weeks.. she said she giving my bikes back..
her co-worker or employee was like why am I'm talking after trying to explain it with him.. after I said I'm gonna talk regardless he tried to fight me , infront of his other customers lol
they kept my money , no diagnostic, no repairs ,an no eta,.. just kept my money
( * i did not call to see if it was complete. i called to get any update .. as to what was done , or when can i expect it too be done. or even when would they be able to get too it.. Gave gave no information an asked me to get my bike... Without giving me my money back ) *

Read moreAll I can do is tell you what these guys won't do: 1 - They won't answer the phone...they only will allow you to leave a message. 2 - They won't take walk-ins...they only will "take appointments." Referring back to #1, setting up an appointment with these folks is definitely an issue in and of itself. 3 - They don't have set working hours...a reflection of what their commitment to customer service is and how quickly you're going to have your machine fixed...that is, if you're privileged enough to be serviced at all. 4 - They won't get my business...my spidey sense tells me that they pick and choose what clientele they want to work with, and my best guess is that only "certain kinds" of people are welcome there. So no, thanks anyway, I'll gladly go someplace else to spend my money.
NOTE TO OWNER: The thing is that I WOULD have spent my money with you guys if only your staff had taken the time out of their obviously very busy day to call a potential customer back.
