Edit: I went in with pictures and explained exact color process I wanted done. And before I even showed up for my appointment when I scheduled it, I specifically said I want a balayage. I even said it multiple times while showing her the pictures I gave her examples. She said she understood after we talked about the options, but I never once deterred from the process I wanted. I thought that is the reason why they charge so much more compared to other people for doing what I wanted but she just gave me highlights which I was very clear on that was not the process I wanted. I wanted someone that would blend in and not be stark highlights.

Now I see she blatantly lies, so I want to add a picture to show that not only did she not even give me the haircut I had an exact picture of I wanted. It is not even close to it, that I have to make an appointment with someone else to fix it. She charged me extra but she also cut over 13 inches of my hair off. Which is fine but when I went to the other hairdresser to fix the issue, they showed me how grossly crooked and uneven my hair was now.

What was more disappointing is when you spent over $150+ dollars and then you tell the person you’re not happy and you start explaining this isn’t what you want but then she started to talk to be rudely and talked down to me like I’m dumb that’s unprofessional and that is just uncalled for. And I made it very clear to her I’m not gonna argue because every time I said something she wanted to argue it and she got an attitude.

Please be very careful on who you select, especially if it’s your first time. She is Unprofessional...

Tried to go from brown to blonde, sat in the chair for almost 6 hours and paid way too much money to leave with hair that’s not at all what I asked for and not blonde. It is however green, neon yellow, orange and brown(both brown from darker parts of the orange and parts of my natural hair that Tracy just completely missed). Tracy also continuously smeared the products on my face and eyebrows and flung bleach water in my eye at one point. My haircut was also poorly done and uneven. I don’t even wanna go out in public until I can get it fixed which I will not be doing at this salon.
