Beauty Therapy, Studio Collective — Local services in Copley Township

I originally reached out to beauty therapy inc back in march 2022 and they were at first wonderful at responding. Fast forward to this year and with my wedding approaching, getting a hold of them was literally impossible. The communication from them was awful. I work as a nurse and had requested to set up my discover call and hair and makeup trial as my work schedule is ever changing. I had given them a date and time and still had to reach out to them the night before to verify if that worked for them. The day of the call they had asked me to change the time which I could not do. They had never followed up with rescheduling my discovery call. After talking with a friend who works in the wedding industry providing the same services, I had ultimately decided to cancel my services with them and requested a refund. I did NOT trust them to respond to me or provide the services as required. After reaching out to them about canceling my services I STILL did not receive a response back. I had tried every avenue emailing, phone calls (where I couldn't even leave a voice message due to the inbox being so full), Instagram messages, you name it, I tried it. The last time I actually had received a response from them even after canceling my services and requesting a refund was in March. I am very disappointed after reading such great reviews and receiving such awful treatment. About a month before my wedding we still hadn't gotten the contract from my original hair and makeup team so my wedding planner connected us with Beauty Therapy and they were able to accommodate me and my bridal party into their schedule. I worked with Christal and Breea and I could honestly not recommend them enough--they were both such a delight to work with and did an AMAZING job on both my hair and makeup. I am not the typical bridal client but wanted to write a review about Erica about her incredible care and thoughtfulness. I recently needed some extra skin support after a medical treatment and Erica went out of her way to research and recommend products to promote my healing. If you look at social media you see the beautiful artist she is with make up but what you don't see is her deep concern for her clients.
