Today Traffic Man BBQ catered our Snowbird Club BBQ at the South Delray Civic Center for two hundred people. This is the second year we used them for this event. The food was prepared on site and everything was ready on time, delicious and hot when served. Just as important as the food was the wonderful and friendly service of the entire Traffic Man BBQ crew. If someone wanted an item more well done they asked for the person's table number and then brought it to the table when it was ready. We look forward to working with them again because we know their food is great and they are so easy and pleasant to work with.

Feb 16, 2025 Update Last Thursday we held our annual Snowbird Club barbeque and approximately 150 people attended. This is the third year in a row that we've used Traffic Man BBQ and for the third year in a row we couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and taste of the food, the service, and the cooperation from Dave and his entire crew.
