I would give Jocelyn Taylor Bridal and Prom 10 out of 5 stars, if possible!!! I was greeted at the door with a lovely bouquet of flowers, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. My group had the entire bridal shop to ourselves, which made me feel valued and like I was the sole priority. The environment was very welcoming and cozy. There were SO many different styles, types, and sizes of dresses. The collection was incredible!

Deb and Jocelyn were both such great help throughout my entire appointment. They didn’t waste any time, as they quickly sought information from me asking what I liked or didn’t like, and what my vision was. I didn’t have to do any of the work trying to pull dresses or search for what I might like, which made the experience entirely fun and stress-free for me. They were super professional, very kind, interacted well with my entire group, and really knew a lot about wedding dresses. It’s honestly like they could see the vision inside of my head solely based on what I had described to them!

Deb and Jocelyn work super well together as a mother-daughter duo. I could tell that they were both genuine and truly cared about helping me find MY special wedding dress. I didn’t expect to find my dream dress on the first day of looking, but I truly felt special, beautiful, and the most like me while trying on dresses at this shop. Thank you, Deb and Jocelyn!!! I cannot wait...

Great service, really welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable!

I walked in on a random Saturday and had only just started thinking about wedding dresses for my wedding. Jocelyn was extremely welcoming, even though I hadn't made an appointment and had only walked in. She actually does take walk-ins, if she doesn't already have an appointment, but she did have an appointment that day. She offered me a Sunday appointment, which I greatly appreciated, since her store isn't even officially open on Sundays! She is very accommodating and does have two times available by appointment on Sundays.

I filled out her short questionnaire before arriving to my appointment. Jocelyn greeted me with a small bouquet of lovely flowers, which was such a nice touch. She already had several dresses picked out based on what I'd said I was interested in on the questionnaire. I was rather undecided as to what I would like, but Jocelyn allowed me to try on many different dresses, gave her input, and even took photos of me to show to my sister, who is out of state. I never felt any pressure to buy a dress, and all of the dresses that I tried were carefully selected to be within my budget.

I don't even have a wedding date picked out yet, so I haven't yet bought a dress, but Jocelyn really helped me determine what kind of dress I like and what I should be looking for. Would...

You NEED to dress shop here! I found my wedding dress here yesterday and I am still tearing up. We traveled from the Quad Cities to visit Jocelyn's shop after reading great reviews that all proved more than true! The entire appointment felt incredibly personalized and relaxing. Jocelyn has a great selection of wedding dress styles and sizes to try on. (PROM TOO!) Deb and Jocelyn both helped me pick out dresses in my style and used their expertise to find a few more. The entire shop is incredibly clean, organized, and just so dang cute!

I had a friend, my mom, and my two girls (9 & 10yo) with me. They welcomed my girls like they little adults they're becoming (much more welcoming than some other shops). We nicely asked if the girls could try on a bridesmaid dress quickly at the end of my appointment - even though it was just a bridal appointment - they were more than willing to give the girls a piece of the excitement. It truly made the day for everyone.

Every detail from start to finish was more than what I expected for dress shopping. Jocelyn & her team know what they're doing!! I’ll be back for bridesmaids dresses & probably prom since the girls were already scoping...
