DO NOT BUY FROM HERE,I bought new living room furniture and when it was delivered the recliner on the couch is broke. All they wanna do is fix it. A 1000 dollar couch and they wanna fix it when they should come back pick it up and bring a new one. Don't waste your money at this place.Update they did come and get the couch and replaced the recliner mechanism they also said they went ahead and replaced the other side. Honestly I don't think they did anything. 1 year later the sofa is broke down. The recliner mechanism on both sides pop and crack,springs have popped out of the bottom on both sides. Do not buy from this store! Purchased a mattress from them and ended up being too large for my elderly grandmother. New in bag not ever used at will not take back. Just purchased 5 days ago!! Buyer beware!!!! (Technically 2 business days ago) they delivered the mattress the next day. I flew out of state early the next day to move my elderly grandmother in. I purchased a living room suite. The love seat arrived damaged with holes on the side. They promised to fix the issue. They stretched a cover over the damaged side and returned the love seat with additional holes on the other side. Refused to fix either issue. I contacted Ashley Furniture and they said it was entirely up to the dealer if they fixed the issue or not regardless...
