Everyone is extremely nice while screwing up your purchase. Worked out prices for two separate accounts only to find out a chair, bed and mattress were left off... AND a table had been broken. So had to pick a different table and chairs and was advised the bed was sold to someone else. We were told it would take one to three weeks for the bed to come in and it would immediately be delivered. A month and $1,000 later I call to see if anyone knows anything about the bed. A woman named Brandy went to see about and comes back to tell me it was there and she wasn't sure how long it had been there. She set up a delivery date and time. A couple hours before delivery time I received a call stating they had other deliveries to be made that day and would not have time. I advised since we'd already been waiting for a month that wasn't acceptable. I was told then they could drop it off if I set it up. I agreed and was told I would get a call when they left the store with the bed since they were going to be very late. I received no call. The next day I called to find out where the bed was at. The not pleasant Brandy said they came several times and no one was there (twice is not several and there was no phone call). I said that was probably because no one called like they were supposed to. Rather than offer a delivery date and time, she asked "what were they supposed to do about it?" I told her delivering the bed would be a good start and asked for a regional managers phone number. She said she didn't know they had one. After making another call to another store, the bed was...

If you are looking for quality furniture and low prices that is conveniently located close to home Fitzpatrick's in Corbin is where to go! I went Fitzpatrick's because their comershals say guaranteed financing... But thought I would have to settle for something I really didn't want! And as soon as I walked in I saw several of the beautiful sofas design's I really wanted but was sure I couldn't afford and was shocked to see the price ... but still knew that I could not make a large down payment, But after salesman Lee and Brandy came to see what they could help me with everything changed because with their help I was able to purchase every thing I wanted for a small down payment and monthly payments I could afford... So if you want something you're going to love at a price you can afford go see Lee and Brandy in Corbin at Fitzpatrick's and they will make...

Incredibly inept staff. I've never had the displeasure of doing business with this place but they got my information from someone who apparently didn't plan on paying their bill, and despite explaining multiple times that I have zero connection to that person or this company, they continue to call me about someone else's unpaid bill. This has been going on for approximately 2 years. Obviously the account won't be rectified by continuing to call me, they know I'm not who they're looking for, yet rather than find that person some other way, they have continued calling me and it's back to every day

If you shop here, don't expect any professionalism or privacy because they will go out of their way to tell strangers your information, and if you don't shop here, you might still end up on the receiving end of that information along with ceaseless...
