If they don't have it in stock they will go out of their way to try to find it for you. They will track it down for you if at all possible. And, they are so knowledgeable on the things they carry and can give you a complete review of it. I have visited this store on many occasions throughout the years and time and time again had them go out of their way to find unique things I wanted to find for special friends; things many times that were no longer in publication. I appreciate their honesty and integrity! I appreciate that they will take the extra time to explain what can be found in certain books, Bible studies, extra. Greeted by associate upon arrival. Gentleman associate in store was very kind and asked several times if he could assist me. The store is clean, lots of selection.
