Zero stars buyer beware! They pay customers $100 to leave 5 star reviews and it’s complete joke! They have no quality control in any steps of your pool while it’s being installed but they do have a quality control when it comes to the payment when certain milestones are reached in the project ie the pool shell installed in place. It all started in the beginning after being told they could start right away but once deposit was completed all of a sudden they had 2 pools ahead of us had already started putting us around 6 weeks behind . Multiple issues with permits not being ready or job waiting for permit to be submitted. But once again payment was due and payments were made on schedule on our end. The last and most significant issue I had with them was the concrete. Standard concrete comes with 3ft on each side so I decided to add another 7k in concrete to make everything look even. Current condition on the concrete look terrible some spots looks 30yrs old and they are blaming it on run off from the house. I requested a review of the concrete so we could come to an agreement on what steps to take next which would include, new concrete, refund, or decking. Still haven’t heard back on anything I guess the think I enjoy my concrete looking like I parked a rusty car on top of it. Concrete was poured the same day and it doesn’t even look the same shown in photos below.The concrete is about a month old and the one poured with the house looks better. Have everything in writing before dealing with them. In response to Copano pools 9/20/25 As you can see below in the photos we signed the contract on the 20th but we called several times to make payment but “Amy” was out sick for 8 days with flu so nobody could process our payment while she was out sick. We were told that wouldn’t delay the 3 weeks to get started but it did. Payment was finally processed on the 28th when she returned. Contract was signed May 20th final inspection was completed July 24th! Not the mention the nightmare it was for them to finally send someone to show us how the pool works aka “pool school”.Also if you look online at all of the pictures they post none of them have the quality on concrete that mine does. I guess they only post the ones that they stand by. You’re welcome to come by and take pictures and post them yourself on all your social media pages and stand by your quality!! Review stands!!...

We shopped around for a few weeks, No one could beat Copano Pools from Corpus Christi. They had the best prices and the quickest start time! So many pools to chose from, we also added extra lights,a rock fountain, a handrail,a heater, and cooler, we chose a saltwater version. They were here everyday without fail. Eric Neal aka Rod (Owner of Copano Pools) was always checking in on the progress. Even after the pool was completed he’s been back 3 or 4 times. I slipped the very first time getting in the pool,I had chosen the wrong type of pool rail, I should have chosen one that let me hold onto it till I got down into the water. I had a complete tear of the rotator cuff, emergency surgery a few days later. I returned back home to a wonderful surprise,Rod had replaced the handrail with a much better option! He helped us contact the the water fountain installer to report a leak. We had trouble with the motor a few days before our grandchildren were coming in for a visit. We contacted the manufacturer but they couldn’t help us within a timely manner. Rod replaced the motor in a day! He even sent it back to the manufacturer for us and filed the warranty for our replacement. Copano Pools...
