Premier Sports Multiplex — Local services in Corrales

I’ve been a member for a couple of months and have not had great experiences here. The owners don’t really have much to do with it besides providing nets and a facility. Most (90%) of the time there is no one at the counter to answer questions. They have open play hours from 9-12, but only if they aren’t having a clinic or letting another group use the facility. I would show up and it wasn’t available to use because it was reserved. No communications usually - maybe on the Team Reach app, but if you don’t know the special code you never get any info. And I wasn’t aware of it until I was told by another player at another facility about the channel. But then it seems like there is a non-employee that is kind of the lead or runs the open play show. If you are lucky you may be invited into the chat to know when the group will be playing. I’ve been other times and no one was playing.

I ended up reserving the ball machine for today for 10am. I left my house at 9:35 and arrived to find no one at the counter to help me figure it out. Then I checked my email and at 9:38 I received an email that they declined my reservation. No explanation given. The is the second time this exact thing happened. Last time I arrived and someone was at the counter (for once) and I told him I was there for my ball machine reservation. He said they tried to get in touch with me (sent an email 15-minutes before reservation) that it broke that morning. I don’t understand why the customer service level is so low.

They need more structure to help others not with the in-crowd to better use the facility. This could be a really great place with tons of potential, but it just seems they put up courts in a warehouse and just left. I get this level of service from public courts and I don’t have to pay anything. Disappointed again. While some may say that this facility is "not safe for women or girls", this facility fosters and supports the female athletes and is solely dedicated to the women who want to further their athletic career. Not only is it a safe place, but the people who run it treat everyone with the respect they deserve while upholding high standards as a business. This business certainly has the right to decline all who come in with offensive language, especially those who think they can do it around 16 year olds. I had an incredibly terrible and misogynistic experience with an employee (possibly the owner?) named Brian. He was incredibly disrespectful and became angry and agitated with basic questions regarding use of the facility. He was unable to provide reasonable assistance with a credit card problem and refused to provide any written documents stating the rules for members.
