I would not ever in my life rent this place out again!! They will do absolutely everything to keep the disposit. When I called to see how much it would be to rent out the place they said $600 with a $500 deposit when my husband got there to reserve and give the $500 they surprised him with under the table fees so it came out to $1060 after all the fees they added. When I went up there to get the key she was very pleasant said all we have to do is put up the tables and chairs, take out all the trash and sweep. The next day she called upset bc the parking lot had a grease stain n some trash she said ( diapers) she said the floor was horrible. I said okay my man can go up there and clean the parking lot and I will clean the inside more she said all we can do was clean the parking lot bc she wasn’t there to open the door. I took off work Monday to go clean what was asked. She said her floors were horrible and she was going to keep the deposit I said I swept but I wasn’t allowed to mop so of course the floors were gonna look like that but if she knew she was gonna keep the deposit she should have told us that Sunday and my husband wouldnt have gone and cleaned the parking lot and I wouldnt have taken off work to finish the inside. I was very upset since the beginning they lied they lied on the amount they lied on the deposit they have cameras there just monitoring us the whole night. The security was the main problem because they were rushing us out which they didn’t let us finish cleaning up. This place is honestly the worst....
