Highly recommend this place! A family owned business in town that will treat you like family, know you by name. They will give you a great deal on your purchase and support you through the process of buying. I am very happy with my experience with them and I will be using them for all my furniture and appliance needs and I will send all of my friends and family to them as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I want everyone to know about The Vault! Shop with them to support our local business community and avoid the big box stores that guarantee you nothing but overcharging you and giving you a customer service nightmare. I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Vault Corsicana. Months ago when I first moved to town I stopped by with my mama to check out their selection of furniture and appliances after seeing one of their posts on Facebook. I needed a washer and dryer but didn’t realize it would be months before I actually purchased because of my dad’s health issues and multiple trips to and from Dallas. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by one of the owners, Carmen, and shown their selection of furniture and appliances with a transparent and no pressure presentation of prices and availability on both new and used appliances. We ended up staying and talking just getting to know Carmen and her husband (everyone knows me and mama are talkers!!!) and by the time we left we I felt like I hadn’t just found the place to buy the things I needed for my apartment but also made new friends. It ended up being almost two months before I called the store, yesterday, to inquire about appliances and they remembered me! The sales process was super simple and easy, no hidden fees or charges, very up front and I was blessed that they were able to offer me next day delivery. They also offer appliance repair and include a warranty and offer to navigate the factory warranty so that the customer never has to be without an appliance if a problem does arise. Omgoodness this store is amazing!!! I fell in love with everything! My favorite part was how they actually treated me like a person versus a sale or a checkbook. They took the time to get to know my wants and my needs and where patient as I struggled to make decisions. To say their service is top notch would be an under statement. After waiting 5 months for furniture I never received from Ashley to have my furniture delivered next day was the icing on the cake PLUS Our furniture is better quality than what we had previously ordered for the same price if not a little less. We’ve stopped into The Vault Rustic Furniture a couple of times, and it’s always a great experience. The selection is fantastic—everything from large furniture pieces to unique decor and pottery.

We’re building a container garden for our cactus collection and found some beautiful, colorful fiesta-style pots. Not only were they reasonably priced, but the team even made us a great deal. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely appreciates their customers. We’ll definitely be stopping by again soon to pick up a few more!
