Joiner's HVAC, Inc. — Local services in Cortland Township

After removing an old broken boiler system, I was looking for a company to install a new HVAC system. After getting quotes from 4 different companies, I really liked the proposal by Joiner's HVAC for a central furnace/heat pump solution. Other companies proposed 2 separate furnaces for downstairs and upstairs. Joiner's quote is $13,000 higher than the cheapest quote, but $15,000 lower than the most expensive quote.

I am happy to report that I picked a great thrustworthy company, they came onsite numerous time over 2 months time span, did a fabulous job for the brand new ductwork(which is a big challenge for my 100+ years house), new furnace and heat pump, and all the electrical and gas line work. Through the whole process, Josh and RJ and the team handled everything professionally. The quality is top notch.

I have no reservation recommending this relatively new company in the Dekalb/Sycamore area, it is always a good thing for a great company to thrive and the bad ones to go out...

As someone who researches every home project probably too much, it was important to me to find and HVAC technician who would work with me to find the right system for our home. Josh went beyond all of my expectations. Besides keeping our current system running at a reasonable price, he was kind and honest, was always willing to answer my questions and find the right system that fit our needs. His attention to detail on the installation was amazing and we were truly impressed with the final result! He made sure everything was done right and kept us updated along the way. His customer service is phenomenal. As far as we are concerned, he has won a customer for life! I would recommend Joiner’s HVAC to anyone! A very trustworthy guy to work with....

Couldn’t be happier with Josh and his team. We unexpectedly had to replace our entire HVAC system (of course the week of 4th of July and with a kiddo in the house with an ear infection) and even with the holiday he was able to get us up and running quickly. He is very responsive, I reached out on a Sunday and he got back with me same day to come by the next morning. As it turns out, not only was our old system over 20 years old, it wasn’t even the proper size for our home.
