ATTENTION TRUCK DRIVERS DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get loaded here. I've dispatched my truck to get loaded here and it was over weight by 560 total legal weight limit, and 2700 over the legal limit oh his Drive Axle while trailer axle all the way up front when driver went back to take some product off Michael Rascon (general manager)Told my driver they can only take 300 pounds off, so when I respectfully called him to explain that we are willing to take the risk for 260 over total weight, but we need the trailer to be reworked and do single pallet in the nose of the trailer and then double and single again and the rest do double. he said he has more experience in the industry then me and said that was illegal to do so on a dry van 53' he said maximum length should not exceed 48' lol so then he unloaded everything and canceled the load. so when I called the office to get something in writing why the load was canceled the lady on the phone said OK we'll do something in writing and Michael Rascon came out and refused to give a written notice why he has canceled this load Michael is very unprofessional and uneducated disrespectful company...

I can't figure out how to reply directly to to your message but I did see it and would love to take you up on the offer. It would mean so much, even the acknowledgment has meant a lot. I apologize if I seemed petty. I just was trying hard to stay loyal to the brand and only buy from your place so I took it a little personal.

Very upset that they threw out our Canidae POP after buying from them for about two years. We were very close to getting a free bag. They told us they throw out envelopes after six months when they couldn't find it on March 22. Credit Card statement tells us that we purchased last bag either 16th or 29th of October. So, yes it is either 5 days over or just under 6 months BUT that would have been very useful information to have. I would have collected them and kept them at home. I will be moving...

EMPLOYEES DOG ATTACKED I went to this feed store for the first time yesterday and I brought along with me my young puppy. This is a "dog friendly" store as their sign says. Many of the workers there have dogs that are loose and roaming in the store. When I arrived there was a medium size light brown dog at the door. when i opened the door he lunged and attacked my dog. The attack was unprovoked and the owner/employee was not watching their dog and I had to pull her dog off mine. Do not bring your dogs here unless you want them to...
