Very happy w our purchase of couch, loveseat and recliner. We had an issue w the chair, after a couple months, due to literally falling into the chair at on odd angle. The whole back of the chair broke. Julie was awesome in handling this problem. She contacted the manufacturer and had a replacement back to us quickly.
