I've worked in construction for over 20 yrs & been to almost every hardware store In the state of Ohio. This store is by far the best one out of all of them. Every employee is friendly & knowledgeable. The place has so much selection & inventory, and if not in store will order for you. Also owner donates to every cause locally & has for years. Cant say enough for how great of place this ACE is and if your ever in area make sure to support. My current job requires me to be buying all kinds of things & ACE is my go to place. Plus they have daily deals and discounts when ordering in bulk, delivery if needed & will help load up your materials after purchase. Just have dealt with a lot Of stores where employees seem bothered or rude if you need help but not once have l ever felt...

Ace hardware in Coshocton is basically where you go if your needing correct, honest advice or you need the right bolt the FIRST time. Great selection. Decent staff. Some of the older generation could smile a little more but regardless they always help the customer in a timely manner. Always stocked, clean parking lot and store just be prepared to pay small business prices. Everything here is more expensive but for the most part the advice and selection of quality items is USUALLY worth the extra cash. Super service dog friendly. This place is a joke! I went in to warranty out a 1/4 Craftsman ratchet and there were 3 people standing behind the counter and all three said they weren't dealing with doing a warranty. So I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come up and tell me that they couldn't warranty it because I didn't buy it there. SMH. Then while I was standing there someone asked for help and the guy behind the counter told the guy which isle to go to and when he couldn't find the isle the ace employee yelled at him.
