Heidi Kauffman and her team at Hillcrest Training are truly exceptional! They treat the horses so well - from training, feeding, bodywork and mental and physical health. The horses are so happy here! As an adult amateur rider with two children who have just started riding, I feel so safe with their program and method of training. They find the perfect horse to fit your ability and personality. We have all progressed so quickly, and appropriately and safely, under Heidi’s program. The barn also backs up to the pipeline for fabulous trail rides for the horses. Read moreSent our daughter here for what I thought would be an intermediate camp focused on learning to jump. Unfortunately, it was a very basic, entry level riding camp. I had called several times to ask questions about the camp and what our expectations were. I was never told that this would not be the right week-long program for us.
