September 6, 2025, 12 noon, 105 Degrees. Wife and myself were on our way to Eagle Pass on Hwy 44, 15 miles east of Encinal, Texas(desolate). BMW run flat tire blows out. BMW does not equip these models with spares. Called several outfits for help, NO JOY. Finally called Mando's in Encinal. He found me a tire in Laredo, Texas. His crew dove me and my wife to Encinal and then drove me to A big Box Tire store in Laredo, Tx. One tire left in run flat series. (expensive) Mando's crew drove me back to the SUV and replaced the Tire, all by 3:30PM. They were the best, friendliest crew I have ever met. We got to our destination in daylight and happy. VERY GOOD SERVICE! One of our company truck broke down on I35, they came out and diagnosed the air dryer went bad, they went 2h drive to Laredo and back to pick up a new one and replaced it all for under $550 for the service. Thank you for the very good prices and service. I will deff call you next time we have an issue...
