Everytime I eat the beef we took to Watsons I get pissed. It took 30 days to get our meat back. Did they hang it that long? All the hamburger looks course ground and full of fat and junk, was supposed to be 90/10 and its probably 60/40. The gentleman that fed out the beef is super picky and does a tremendousjob. He fed grain and hay every day and cattle was in a small pen. We have always got good meat from his cattle. One of the beef halves I guess didn't have roast because we didn't get any. Why would there be two different sizes of t-bones in one package and ribeyes the same way. The meat taste like grass fed NOT grain fed. There was very little fat on the meat. Grain fed has fat. The guy that brought the meat from the freezer set it down and said have a nice day. I've kept my mouth shut until I ate ribeys tonight. LONG STORY SHORT, DON'T USE A SLAUGHTER HOUSE THAT OWNES TWO STEAK HOUSES AND SELLS MEAT FROM THEIR LOBBY. I'm really sorry for this post but the truth hurts. I wonder what happened to our meat for 30 days. I bet it was sold and we finally got crap. One lady posted how she picked up a half beef on the very day we were supposed to and she DID NOT take an animal in. She paid for a half beef, where did that come from? Come on Watson, you have no comment? We delivered our beef on Oct. 15 2023 and picked up un Nov 15, 2023. Watson, justify your actions. If I was to do DNA on our meat I bet we would have several DNA'S. Watson now you know the dates figure it out. You really owe us good meat because thats what we brought you.
