AT&T Store — Local services in Coventry

Bought a flip phone for my wife. She was not able to activate it without me. It had been made clear it was for her at time of purchase. It was not a LG as I ASKED for. It is a peice of JUNK. Not user friendly. Works part time. Can't be depended on. Also when do we expect get service back? Everyone in this area is complaining of recent POOR service. Works else where. Canadian Telas worked great yesterday. No lead time on billing. Turn around next day check mailing will be called late if there's a holiday...

I went in earlier this week to add a Samsung watch and Samsung ear buds to my account, since I just got the note 20 ultra just a few days earlier. The same rep who sold me my phone was the same rep who sold me my watch/ear buds. She answered all of my questions and was very patient. I would totally recommend anyone looking to upgrade or get AT&T service to visit the staff...

Absolutely horrible cell service. I can see the att cell tower from my front lawn but I can't get enough service to call my neighbor. Why pay money for service that doesn't work. The cell reception is turned way down just so you think you have to upgrade plans and spend more money. Att is the worst I should just buy some string and 2 cups. Turn the cell reception up to...
